We're very excited to welcome Seb Eubank back to the island as our resident fitness guru from 27th of July. A health and happiness enthusiast and a devoted advocate of doing whatever makes you happy in life, Seb's infectious energy will no doubt get you up and out on the running track on time every day. Seb will also be offering boxing masterclasses.
Dip in and out of the daily workshops on offer for all guests or choose to book in for a full week with the Wildfitness team in order to experience the full Wildfitness philosophy of eating living and moving.
If you're still feeling energetic, there's an outdoor gym and a running track that weaves through the pine trees. Don't forget to pack your trainers.
Obonjan welcomes Wildfitness Retreats back to Obonjan from 22nd July - 19th August.
Wildfitness began their journey with us in 2016. After recognising the wild potential the island has to offer, they are joining usagain for 2017 to offer their own Wildfitness getaways.
On a Wildfitness retreat, the course has been designed to focus on several key skills: wild running, boxing, lifting, jumping, balancing, swimming, climbing, throwing and much more.
Believe it or not, the island is surrounded by water. Obviously. So fix your snorkel and float among the fish. Join a gang of wild swimmers for a jaunt around the island. Stand up on a stand up paddle board or paddle a kayak across to the island next door. Or float in a the pool all afternoon on an inflatable pineapple - it all counts...
You can make the most of the watersports on offer for an extra cost.
